Sean M. Brady – President
Mr. Brady is responsible for Program Design, Development and Marketing.  Sean Brady has 10 Year of Finance and Reinsurance experience and 16 years of underwriting and marketing experience within the Restaurant Industry. In addition Mr. Brady has 10 years of Asset Liability Management Experience within the Insurance and Reinsurance Industry while at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and Prudential Bache Capital Markets.

Deborah L. Brady – Executive Vice President
Mrs. Brady has 26 years of Insurance & Reinsurance Experience and holds a CPCU and an MBA in Finance. Mrs. Brady was on the Board of Directors and held senior management positions for Sorema Reinsurance Company and a number of their primary insurance companies. She was a Property Reinsurance Underwriter for a number of years before entering management within the Reinsurance Industry.

Charles J. Manzo – Senior Risk Management Consultant
Mr. Manzo brings over 35 years of diversified Claim and Claim Management experience. He served over 17 years with the Home Insurance Company and was instrumental in designing and implementing a total Managed Care Program in his role as National Director of Claim Services. He served for 5 years as Northeast Regional Vice President for CorVel Corporation. He also served as the President of Medical Expense Management, a successful Independent Medical Examination company. Mr. Manzo graduated from Butler University with a BA degree and has a Casualty Claim Law Associates Degree.

John Doherty – Chief Operational Consultant
Mr. Doherty has been a chef for over 30 years and brings a unique insight to Brady Risk Restaurant Group and its clients. Mr. Doherty was Executive Chef of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City for over 23 years. While in his position, he managed their three restaurants, room service and massive catering operation delivering $65 million dollars of revenue, while managing food costs of 19% and labor costs of 10%. Mr. Doherty has authored the Waldorf-Astoria Cookbook and has been a feature chef on the PBS show “At the Chef’s Table”, as well has being featured on the Today Show. Additionally, Mr. Doherty has appeared many times on the Travel Channel, A&E television network and various programs on the Food Network.
