defines the purpose of Claim Audits. In the market where insurance
companies and Third Party Administers are under constant pressure to increase
margins, adjusters case loads have increased significantly. The end result
has been disastrous to policy holders that have claim frequency like the
restaurant and hospitality. With the exception of Workers Compensation
Coverage, if you have a guarantee cost policy there is not a lot you can do
except negotiate involvement and protocols into next renewal. If
