Unit Risk Management Report
All member locations of our program (including those that serve liquor and those that do not) will utilize the Unit Risk Management Report, which we have designed and implemented to increase accountability at the unit level.
Everyone likes to think their facilities are in great shape. They have inspected them and are very comfortable with what they represent. At Brady Risk Management we have developed a preparatory inspection and loss control program that identifies not only physical exposures to loss of property, but also exposures for general liability and crime. Our inspectors use a very detailed formula. When an issue is identified and the client implements the recommended changes, these changes are instrumental in reducing claims significantly.
Secret Shopper is a full service mystery shopping company with shoppers throughout the United States and extensive experience in the restaurant industry. They are dedicated to providing mystery shopping programs that will both improve our underwriting results, and also assist us in monitoring our portfolio for some of the more difficult exposures, specifically liquor.
In addition to the physical inspections we are also using “Infra-Red” Technology to review our client’s locations to identify the electrical “Hot Spots” within a facility which have been known to cause fires.
Liquor Litigation Assessment
All accounts that serve Alcohol will have a minimum of 10%, or at least 1 location, participate in a Liquor Litigation Assessment which assures that the program protocol is in place.
